May you look into the mirror and see a beautiful being of light, unique in all eternity, destined for joy, charged with a great mission and given all the talents, skills and love to bring it to fruition. That’s you!

Here’s a tip:

This blessing can be turned into a quick daily practice to achieve it. Here’s how to:

1. Seat in front of the mirror or lay down with your eyes closed.

2. Concentrate on seeing yourself in all your splendor, as the woman(man) you want to be, already living your dream.

3. Observe any interference and make a mental note. (Distractions, inner voices, disbelieving comments, negative emotions, worry, trying to control the details and missing the feeling of it, etc.)

4. Go back to your vision, focusing on seeing, feeling and enjoying your DreamSelf. Try to hold it for about 10-15 minutes.

5. Whatever distracted you from the meditation is the habit of perception that is blocking you from assuming the Dream that you already are! Work on releasing this habit and holding your vision longer each time, and you will quicken your manifestation.
