THE END

Attachment is an energy knot that ties you emotionally and energetically to the past, blocking your Personal Freedom and your capacity to manifest your dreams. Find out how to break it below.

PRIMARY ATTACHMENT

Attachment is first created during your socialization –childhood and youth– when your Primary Identity or primary needs are emotionally linked to a particular belief or set of circumstances.

An example of this would be if you learned from your family’s dynamics that you must sacrifice your own desires to be accepted. In this case you are attached to self-sacrifice.

See below for solutions.

SECONDARY ATTACHMENT

Attachment can also be created later on in your adult life when you give away your Personal Power to another person or conditions. This also ties up your energy chords, holding you hostage of that to which you have given away your power.

The classic example of Secondary Attachment is when you give away your Personal Power to your love partner, believing that you are nothing without him or her. You allow humiliation, betrayal and abuse because of this belief.

It is often the case that below the surface of a Secondary Attachment, you will find a Primary Attachment. In the case above, you may find out in your healing process that there is a childhood belief like the one in the first section, where you sacrifice yourself to be loved.

SOUL INSULT

Finally, if a piece of your Soul is hidden or stolen by trauma, this also creates an attachment because that part of you cannot grow or move on. It is a prisoner of the set of beliefs, emotions and circumstances that insult or injured it, and it cannot leave the place of hiding.

An example of this is if as a child you were shame at a moment when your mother or father had died. A part of you may have hidden in the coffin with your dead parent in order to escape what you perceived at that time as an injury because you were an orphan.

SOLUTIONS

Break free from Primary Attachment

To break free from Primary Attachment, you need to practice emotional detachment until you know how to energetically and emotionally remove yourself from certain conditions, gathering your Personal Power onto yourself without fear of losing your Primary Identity. Once you master this tool, then you need to apply to the past, persons or social scripts that you have confused with your Primary Identity or that are keeping you from taking care of your primary needs.

Break free from Secondary Attachment

To break free from Secondary Attachment, you need to place distance between you and the person or conditions to which you’ve given away your power. Then you begin to retrieve each particular aspect of your Personal Power that you gave away. You also need to nurture your self-love and to parent the Wounded Children behind the Secondary Attachment (in the Primary Attachment beneath it) through Self-parenting.

Break free from Soul Insult

To break free from Soul Insult, you need to go through a Soul Retrieval Journey. This can be done with the guidance of a shaman or healer, a qualified hypnotherapist or therapist. (Ask them if they know about Soul Retrieval or Inner Child work). The Soul Retrieval Journey takes you back in time to the past, helps you find the aspect of your Soul that has been stolen or is hidden and brings it back home to your adult self. There are specific steps and conditions for this process, so please seek qualified help.

After bringing that aspect of your Soul back, you need to cultivate a mothering, unconditionally loving relationship with it until it integrates to the rest of your Primary Identity. You do this by self-mothering.

A lot of us look at our limitations and emotional wounds as defects. This makes us ashamed, encourages self-judgment, diminishes self-love and makes us avoid looking into those Breaking Points that keep us stuck.

Here’s some great news from the secrets of Shamanic Hunters.

Your wounds are NOT defects.

They are your Personal Power. You heard right.

Your Breaking Points are created by you during your Domestication stage (childhood and youth) by using your Personal Power. But you use these powers from a learned place of fear.  And you use them in ways that have been modeled for you, which may have been disfunctional.

Instead of avoiding delving into these wounds or limits, go ahead, plunge into them and discover the underlying fear. Beneath it you will find the learned belief that fuels that fear.

Once you do this, you can detach from those old habitual responses. Doing this frees your Personal Power so that you can focus it in the manifestation of your best potential.

This is why spiritual teachers say that you have the power to make Medicine from your Wounds.

How is fear blocking you right now from:

1. Making yourself and your gifts visible to the world
2. Valuing what you bring into your relationships, and
3. Taking the next step to build your dream?

Understand that fear is a learned habit of interpretations and expectations that creates a prison, trapping you in the past. It reproduces the same outcomes you have been trained to expect. This takes away your freedom, as you are trapped in Habit-choices.

Consider this. You have the power to use your mind, emotions and intent to project any life movie you want to create in your life. With this power, what do you choose to create, fear or love?

Train your mind to project into your reality that which you choose, not that which has been chosen for you by others from the past. This is the difference between habit-choice and free-choice.

Training your mind to release fear-based projections and transmute those pictures into love-based images takes daily discipline over a period of time.

You need to address the hidden fears and beliefs that you are not seeing. Get help for that.

Also, to avoid being overwhelmed, choose one fear-based projection at a time and work on transmuting that. Once this fear is dissipated, you will feel confident and your ability to take on another will increase.

This practice requires commitment. Are you committed enough to your dream, to yourself and to your gifts and life’s purpose to do this daily practice?

Once you are able to do this, however, you are on your way to Personal Freedom.

This means that you become a master artist of your reality. Your life becomes your masterpiece.

Try it. It is worth your time.

The Freedom Switch

Fear disconnects you from the divine inspiration that guides your path and from your own Personal Compass. When you react from fear, you are a victim, not a creator.
When you experience fear, take 3 long, deep, slow breathes, exhaling slowly. This acts as a reconnecting switch. It will prevent you reacting from fear and it will reconnect you with your inner wisdom and spiritual guidance.  Acting from that place will lead to Free-choice.

Internal Actions

If you are suffering self-sabotage due to hidden interferences, External Actions alone are not effective in breaking through.You need the power of Internal Actions. These are processes that create change in your perception, emotions, thoughts and energy patterns. They are the alchemy that releases the limitations to your success.
