Are you repelling what you want?
TODAY’ TIP:
Do you know that one of the most common reasons why people do not manifest what they want is that they are actually REPELLING it? Why would you repel what you most desire? Think about it. Let’s talk about this!
Here are three reasons why people repell what they want:
- They are afraid of the unknown. As what they want is yet unknown, they repel it as soon as it approaches.
- They are addicted to effort, control and struggle. They can work hard for it. They can plan and try to control it. They can try hard and spend effort on it. But they cannot ALLOW it to happen.
- They do not know how to RECEIVE. They feel that receiving is a weakness or feels out of control, so they cannot open their hearts and receive the blessings as they come to them. This stops the flow of the Law of Attraction.

Sacred Mirrors
TODAY’S TIP: Sacred Mirrors
The world reflects you. You create Sacred Mirrors in which to see aspects of yourself that you disown or that need change or healing. Before judging or rejecting others, see the mirrors they present.
The more someone annoys you, the more urgent it is for you to see the mirror this person presents, even if it is magnified or distorted.
Two examples of Sacred Mirrors:
Mirror 1: Someone refuses to pay you or devalues your work. Observe the negative attitudes and beliefs of this person. How do they reflect hidden fears or devaluing that you may be doing to yourself or your work? Do you secretly feel that you are charging too much or that no one will buy what you offer? As you address this issue, you may gain valuable insight that can help you release financial self-sabotage.
Mirror 2: A peer leaves you hanging out in an activity you are organizing, after having confirmed. Examine the fears, expectations and perceptions that motivated this person to not honor her word. Perhaps she was afraid to compete with other professionals, to be unfavorably compared. Perhaps she thought that she had nothing to gain. Perhaps she over-committed herself. How do you engage in similar thoughts, fears or habits? (Even if you keep your word once you commit.) What did this person lose as a result of her expectations and fears? This understanding will allow you to see the invisible obstacles to your career progress.
Sacred Mirrors reveal what is now invisible to your psyche. They are a tool for evolution and freedom.

I know it’s here, but I can’t find it!
TODAY’S TIP:
Did you look twice, but could not find that important phone number or paper, in spite being sure that you placed it there? It probably is there.
Your fears and beliefs are delivered via Inner Enemies called Shadows. They confuse you, block the flow and create dissonance.What is happening is that you are experiencing dissonance between what you want and need and some inner belief or expectation that is “singing you backwards.”
When dissonance or blockages assault you, sit quietly, center yourself and breathe deeply and slowly, clearing your mind. Visualize a clear path. See the object in your hands. Smile or sing. Feel in harmony with that which you seek. Try again.

Cancel negative thoughts

How do you cancel negative thoughts? Deprive them of their oxygen ~emotions and attention~, by “swatting” them visually. Then shift your attention to a positive expectation and charge it with excited anticipation. Feed what you want. Starve what you don’t.

Your thoughts are the texture of your experience
TODAY’S TIP:
What is constantly in your mind becomes the texture of your experience of life.
To find out what type of thoughts are texturing your experience do the following tracking today:
1) Observe the patterns and texture of thoughts that recur during the day. These are your Primary Thoughts. Jot them down in your journal this evening.
Then, for the rest of the week, track down the following:
2) Observe which of those recurring Primary Thoughts you feed and which ones you starve (with attention and emotion).
The result is the texture of your experience in life
Example, if the first day you track down recurring thoughts of annoyance and interpretations of everything being an inconvenience, and then you track down that you feed these thoughts with feelings of frustration, irritation and hostility, then the texture of your experience of life is one of irritation.
Connection between Primary Thoughts, life experience and disease:
3) If you suffer some medical condition, connect the texture of your Primary Thoughts and life experience to that condition.
For example, irritation may express itself in acne, psoriasis, allergies, skin problems, nervous conditions or inflammation.
