If you can’t see how your prayers have been answered, examine your expectations. We often cannot see the gift right in front of us because we do not expect it to be there or expect it in another form. Take the blindfold off. It’s there.

Your emotions are the fuel for the Law of Attraction. They are the oil, pastel or acrylic colors with which you paint your reality. Like water, they take the shape of your expectations. Feed your emotions to your dream, not to your fears. Get in the healthy habit of consistently checking your expectations to see what shape they are giving to your emotions. Limiting beliefs No.1-Opinions
TODAY’S TIP:
How do you hold on to limiting beliefs? Clue No. 1: Observe how you use your opinions to repel new perceptions. That indicates your degree of attachment to limiting beliefs. Whether you think your opinion is a fact or truth is irrelevant. What is important is the degree to which you feel compelled to defend your opinion.
Instead of giving in to this impulse, stand back. Detach from the need to defend your opinion or belief. Instead focus on listening, understanding and receiving the new perception trying to come in. If you become anxious, tell yourself that this is an exercise in receptivity and that you have the power to choose whether you believe this new perception or not at the end, but in order to decide freely, you need to listen with an open mind.
If you practice this for 40 days, you will begin to see the Primary Emotions that hold you attached to old beliefs, and you will jumpstart the process of releasing these old fear-based emotions. Your life will transform as your perception expands.
Why? Because your perception creates your world. Your world cannot expand and enrich until you are able to release the old perceptions that keep you in the past.

Training Silver: Escaping Vs. Awakening
Silver was kicking nervously as he slept. Dan, his “daddy”, called me in a panic. Was Silver having another seizure? I chanted and played pure notes in my Spirit Chimes. Silver stopped kicking, calmed down and woke up. In what dream are you trapped, kicking and running away instead of finding the path to awakening?

Training Silver is a series of questions asked by God through a dog. (Or at least through my observations of a real dog.) Answering the dog is answering God, which is also answering yourself and each of us. This is an invitation to collective dialogue.
