Daily Healing Rituals: Healing Shower

TODAY’S TIP:

Transform your shower into a sensually delightful healing session.

  1. Place your neck and shoulders directly under the shower, so that it massages these parts. Breathe in and then as you exhale, intent clearly to release toxic anger, irritation and frustration. LET GO! Repeat the process, releasing toxic stress and tension. Repeat once more releasing fear and judgment. (Always use the adjective “toxic” to qualify what you release, as your subconscious is literal and some degree and form of anger and stress is healthy and necessary.) Repeat with whatever negative thoughts or habits are straining your BodySoul. Release as you feel the water running. Feel them being released through exhalation and running down with the water into the drain.
  2. As you touch your body, listen lovingly with breath and fingers to each part. Listen deeply, through skin and muscles all the way to organs. Connect to the truth of your body and the wisdom of your cells. It’s better to listen to your body than to compulsively try to “fix” it, as your BodySoul’s wisdom will convey the source of imbalance and the actions needed to bring balance.
  3. Feel and celebrate the sensual delight of your physical existence. As you touch each part of your body, express gratitude for its function. Your body is listening. Your subconscious carries your feelings and expectations to each cell and organ, improving your health potential.
  4. Chant healing sounds and words into the water as it falls in your body. Let those crystal forms heal your body.  For more information about the power of sound, words, emotions and crystal forms in water, see the resource section.
  5. As you touch each part, allow the divine light of God/Goddess, Buddha, Ancestors or whatever higher power you believe in to shower you and to penetrate into your body, as you pray “The Healing hands of light heal deeply where I touch.”
  6. Sisters: Kiss your breasts with the unconditional love of a mother and breathe deeply into them. Sing any of these words: “Harmony, Balance, Healing love” into the water and let it fall into your breasts.

That’s all. I will post more daily healing rituals. To benefit from these and other tips, subscribe to this post. You’ll get the tips directly into your email. It takes about 1 minute.

The Day of the Dead

TODAY’S TIP:

Your Infinite True Self connects you to the boundlessness of your being-in-the world. This Energy-self communicates with the many non-localized, non-physical energies in the universe. This includes the spirits of your departed beloved. This is what we celebrate in the Day of the Dead.

It is a day of joyful remembrance of our Ancestors and beloved departed, and a show of gratitude for their legacy and existence. Celebrating in this way, heals the perceived absence left by the death of a loved one. It can be part of coping with death for the entire family. We  release our fear of death and see through the veil of separation.

We laugh in the face of death and embrace the eternal power of love. This feels truly liberating, joyful and empowering.

Healthy Relationships-No2-Differences

TODAY’S TIP:

Healthy Relationship Psychic Key No. 2-Differences

Ask yourself: When I face those differences in my Beloved that exasperate me, am I meeting a teacher? How can these traits enrich and balance me? What can I learn when I stop judging and trying to change him or her?

Example:

You are passionate and quick. Your element is fire and you are quick to rise and respond. You get impatient with his/her slow response and the time s/he takes to deliberate.

Difference as teacher:

Your Beloved’s element is earth. It takes time to form a shape (or opinion) because earthy consciousness considers each consequence to self and others. Once s/he forms an opinion it is usually well informed and therefore, there is no regret and little change. There is congruence and consistency. You, in the other hand, react so quickly that you are prompt to make more mistakes. If you learn from his/her earthy deliberation, instead of judging him/her slow and exasperating about it, you will become wiser in your deliberation. That won’t put out your fire, because that’s essential to you, but it will bring balance, which you need. That’s why you chose this Beloved!

Of course this is easier to say than to do. Here’s one easy quick practice:

  1. When you find yourself impatient, judging him/her or about to say something to your Beloved, breathe deeply and consciously adopt an attitude of curiosity and observation.
  2. Give your mind the task of carefully observing his/her actions and learning HOW s/he does it.
  3. Later that day try to copy him/her consciously when the opportunity arises. Do it as a fun experiment. How does it feel? Is there anything worthwhile that you can copy to enrich your own life repertoire?
  4. Don’t forget to thank him/her and name what you are learning. (You will be amazed how this tiny recognition enhances your relationship.)

Consequence-conscious living

TODAY’S TIP:

Do you want to empower your children? Guide them in consequence-conscious living. When children understand how their actions and attitudes create their world, they are empowered to change what they do not want and create what they desired. They are also empowered to create healthy relationships by assuming responsibility for their steps in the relationship dance. As parents’ example overrides their words, guide your children by living in full awareness of the consequences you create. The practice of consequence-conscious living can change our world.
