Test your fear. Is it instinctual and connected to the present? Or is it learned and connected to the past? Fear from the Ego mind contracts your cells and traps you in the memory. You cannot be in the past and in the present at the same time. Either you are contracted or expanded. Fear blocks Free-choice.

TODAY’S TIP:
Do you have a fear habit? Become a fearless Hunter. Track down your thought streams during the day. Observe without judgment any thought, expectation or interpretation that triggers a defensive response. Is it attached to a fear-based emotion? Is this fear truly responding to the present? Or is it a learned habit? Fear blocks freedom. Release it and fly.
