Keys to your Dream.
Key No.4: Gratitude.
Gratitude is an alchemical state of the heart that creates three streams of attraction. The first stream is called Receiving, the second Celebration, the third, Acknowledgment. Receiving is an open heart that allows and accepts. Celebration is a party the Universe can’t resist. To your subconscious, Acknowledgment means that the situation is already a reality.

Limiting beliefs No.1-Opinions
TODAY’S TIP:
How do you hold on to limiting beliefs? Clue No. 1: Observe how you use your opinions to repel new perceptions. That indicates your degree of attachment to limiting beliefs. Whether you think your opinion is a fact or truth is irrelevant. What is important is the degree to which you feel compelled to defend your opinion.
Instead of giving in to this impulse, stand back. Detach from the need to defend your opinion or belief. Instead focus on listening, understanding and receiving the new perception trying to come in. If you become anxious, tell yourself that this is an exercise in receptivity and that you have the power to choose whether you believe this new perception or not at the end, but in order to decide freely, you need to listen with an open mind.
If you practice this for 40 days, you will begin to see the Primary Emotions that hold you attached to old beliefs, and you will jumpstart the process of releasing these old fear-based emotions. Your life will transform as your perception expands.
Why? Because your perception creates your world. Your world cannot expand and enrich until you are able to release the old perceptions that keep you in the past.

Raise Power through Gratitude
TODAY’S TIP:
In winter: “I can’t wait till it’s warm. I hate coats.” In Summer: “Oh, my God, it’s so hot I can’t stand it.” There is always a reason to complain. Equally, there is always a reason to be grateful.
Complaint drains your energy. It focuses your attention in the problem. Gratitude raises your vibrational frequency. It focuses on all that is right and allows you to receive the blessings in your life and to appreciate them. Which will it be? Draining Complaint or Renewing Gratitude.

Increase your tolerance for what you want
TODAY’S TIP:
So you still don’t have what you want? Stop what you are doing right now. Sit, close your eyes and breathe deeply. See yourself ENJOYING it already. FEEL it in your body. RECEIVE it in your soul.
How long did you stay in that feeling before you got distracted, anxious about going back to work or focused on a problem? This is the measure of your emotional intolerance for what you want to manifest!
Practice this sensorial meditation every day, increasing your tolerance for what you want

The holidays are here. What makes these days holy for you? What do you want to keep in mind and heart every day during this holy season?
Quick Exercise:
- Come up with 1-3 keywords that embody the holiness of this season for you.
- Post them where you can see them every day.
- Repeat them as a mantra or make a catchy jingle .
- Strive to live and celebrates this holy essence every day during this holy season.

A word about passion
TODAY’S TIP:
Infuse your life and your purpose with the power of passion. But watch out! We often confuse passion with high drama, with the pent-up tension we confuse with intensity or with infatuation, drive or ambition. Passion is none of these and much more than this.
So what is passion?
Passion is the exuberant River of Life that flows powerfully through your being, moving in the direction of your Essence. It is electro-magnetic. Like the electrical power of running water, it generates movement, cleanses, renews and creates momentum. Like the magnetic power of the moon, it enchants, generates enthusiasm, alters moods and attracts the tides of change and manifestation.
To infuse your life with passion, practice any of this. Start with the easiest and strive to allow all of these states in your life:
- Open your heart to the River of Life– Let life in. Do not defend yourself and do not try to control things. Just allow the flow of events to inspire and to guide you to Divine Design.
- Open your hips to the dance of life. Feel the movement of your body through life. Dance with your emotions. Become aware of your desires and nourish them.
- Open your hands to the touch of life. Allow life to touch you deeply –whether it’s a moment of sadness, a landscape of beauty or a subtle, brief moment of silence.
- Allow yourself to receive and express your desire with contagious joy and spirit. Don’t hold back. Don’t hold it in. Don’t wait until everything is perfect in order to share it. Share your enthusiasm for a project, cause or goal with others and allow them to celebrate with you.
- See the beauty and the miracles around you. Passion is the doorway to magic. If you see everything with dull eyes, your imagination needs to wake up. See the magic of every day life, and your passion will be irresistible.
- Dare to share your deepest feelings with the innocence of children. Most people talk about others, the news or the weather. Few share themselves. Dare to share your feelings in the moment. Dare to feel deeply and share that depth. You will become unforgettable.
- Connect to life and watch the flow of that river make miracles! When you connect to life instead of trying to control it, your projects seem to do themselves and your work flows effortlessly.

Whatever you are not having, you are not RECEIVING. As long as you ask yourself, “Why don’t I have it?” You will not discover the source of your lack. The Psychic Key is this question: “How am I not receiving it?”

Open the door of prosperity
TODAY’S TIP:
The Universe is pouring prosperity, love and wellness into you constantly. Your work is not to “make it happen” or pound on the door. The only thing you have to do is clear the passage that blocks that door and open it. All you want will flood right in!
So what’s blocking that door? Track down your negative beliefs, your inherited limits of perception, your Field of Expectations and the swamp of toxic emotions you carry. Wow! That seems like a lot of work. And it is. But here’s an easy Power Posture to flow through it.
Opening the Door
POWER POSTURE
Every day for 40 days, Take 2 minutes to practice this Power Posture in the morning, at lunch time and before going to bed.
FIRST MOVE:
Place your hand in your heart and say:
“I open my soul to receive the health and wealth that the Universe is sending me”
SECOND MOVE
As you say the second part, bring your hands in front of you, palm open, to receive. Stay with the palms open and feel your open heart, breathing gently, deeply and slowly into your heart.
THIRD MOVE
Then turn the hands palm down and shake them gently, as if you were shaking something off, as you add:
“I release the blockages and open the door.”
FOURTH MOVE
With the last words, turn the palms of your hands upwards again, and stay with your hands open, receiving, for a few seconds.
Miracles will happen! Keep an eye on them, so that they don’t pass you by. Be ready to receive them joyfully and gratefully, even if you get a bit scared.
