Training Silver: Silver is my neighbor’s dog. He sits alone all day while my neighbor works, looking so sad. But he starts growling when anyone gets close. He was abused before and now he’s afraid to be hurt. What can you tell silver?

Cultivate self-love
TODAY’S TIP:
Self-love is not about accomplishments or about what you do. To cultivate self-love, practice this every morning. It only takes one minute.
- Place your left hand on your heart.
- Breath in as you feel your body and your presence in this world.
- As you exhale, name out loud a good quality of your being. This is something in you, something that your very presence brings to the world. This is something not that you do, but that you ARE.
- As you inhale again, drink this quality in. Recognize it in you at an emotional and physical level.
